Anyone else using Mira?

Is anyone else using Mira & the app? It creates so many questions that I can’t find the answers to!

I am! What sort of questions do you have? I've got a full on data obsession so happy to help where/if I can 😂

Thanks @moosey89 ! Do you find that your results can be quite different within a short space of time? I got a very very high E3G and LH during ovulation which didn’t look right, so I tested again an hour later and the result was totally different! Which made me wonder how accurate the sticks really are?

it’s possible that I’m testing too much, which is why I’m seeing so much variation- during ovulation I was testing 3-4 times a day 😂

Yeah I've found it can vary day to day but I only test once in the morning with fmu, except around ovulation when it tells you to check twice. I had blood tests done for various things at the same time and the readings were pretty consistent across the bloods and the Mira results. So for me testing with fmu was good but I've never tried later in the day 😂

@moosey89 whats FMU? How long have you been using Mira & has it helped you?

First morning urine ☺️ most concentrated so usually thought to be most reliable.
Yeah so it's helped me identify that I have low progresterone! So I'm seeking help for that. I think it's great but easy to get obsessed so I'm stepping back for a month next month to give myself a break from testing x

@moosey89 im coming back to the Mira this month…. Do you find that your ovulation dates vary each cycle? So far I’ve had one cycle day 11, another cycle day 13, and now I’m on day 14 and nothing’s happened!! Wondering if this is normal….

I had low progesterone on day 21 this month too. May I ask how you identified that yours was too low? It’s a bit hard because the app doesn’t tell you much except the number, and I don’t know how to interpret it! Mine usually rises on day 21 but this month it hasn’t really. It’s just stayed around 5. So not sure if it’s an ovulation issue or a progesterone issue.
