Have been taking it for 2yrs. Had one ectopic and that’s it unfortunately.

Solgar Ubiquinol 100mg. Started taking it with Proceive advanced fertility supplement after years of TTC and fell pregnant 2 months later.

I can't remember in my first pregnancy, I think I got it from the website my vitamins - and this time just from Tesco and took the recommended dose on the pack
