10DPO BFN nausea cramps

Currently going mad, only BFN on cheapie tests but today on my second wave of nausea that reminds me of when I was pregnant with DC1 (although nausea didn’t kick in until week 6 then). Am I too late in my cycle to still be getting negatives with a different outcome? I’ve had cramps and slightly painful boobs on and off the last few days (which is unusual for me). Any succesful stories of BFP with similar symptoms after getting BFN at 10DPO?

10dpo is still incredibly early, most people won't get a bfp yet. Some do, but most have only just implanted and it can take up to 7 days after implantation to show on a sensitive 10miu test.

Wait and see if your period arrives and retest if it's late.

If you really really really can't wait, wait 48 hours and test again. Repeat every 2 days until you get a bfp or AF shows.

Thank you @XenaTheWarriorPrincess I started bleeding a few hours after reading your reply and thought oh hell AF has arrived. I bled for 3/4 days and that was that. However, a week later I’ve gotten BFP confirmed with blood tests? Baffled!

It will have just been implantation bleeding rather than AF. It can be on the heavier side for some.
