How early can nausea start?

Assume it’s only after implantation? Im dpo6 and had terrible nausea/car sickness today on a journey - with feeling sick, hot and tingly. I was a passenger so maybe it was the driver driving though 😂

That would seem very early. I seem to recall getting it before doing an early test (positive) but I can't remember exactly

6dpo probably not implanted. I had nausea for 4 days in a row from around 9dpo and got my BFP at around 13 dpo
