I’m a bit of a nightmare with testing out new things - I’ve one of these impulsive personalities that tries something, and then lacks patience and consistency 🤣 typical Aries…
This eve, I’ve been on a vitamin rampage and ordered:
- Folic Acid with Vitamin B
- Omega 3 fish oil
- some random COQ10 (which I’ve heard a lot about on these forums recently)
I’m going to do my very best to be consistent this month. I’m curious to hear what vitamins you’re trying, or if anyone else wants to jump onboard and join me in testing out any of the above - please feel free 😅
