What can I expect 7DPO?

Over the last few days I’ve had the odd bits of cramping. More specifically, yesterday and the day before I had some twinges on the lower left of my abdomen, and today I’ve had some twinges at my lower central abdomen throughout the day. I have some thin milky cm yesterday, but no cm today. I’ve also had backache for the last 4ish days. And I’ve also had two spots on my face that have come up for literally one day yesterday and I very rarely get spots - this was on the day that my Flo app said Acne can be expect at 6DPO if pregnant. I’m roughly 7DPO I think. Did some tests too early (can’t help it!) yesterday and the day before.. and will likely continue to test from tomorrow until I get my period. Has anyone had similar ???? Worries I’m just reading into it all too much and getting my hopes up! Thank you xx

Hi, I suspect I ovulated last Sun or Mon so am 6/7po. I know the feeling of cramps as I've felt them all week too. But from what I've read, it's really too early for those to be signs and if you're pregnant or not will just have made those pains a coincidence. It is really hard not to look in to it all though isn't it.
I'd try to hold off testing for a few more days. I've seen most common is 10 days onwards to get a positive. I probably won't test until the weekend although AF not due for another 10 days so it still may be too early.

I couldn’t help myself and tested again today and got a BFN. I’m still a bit early (8 or 9 dpo) and also POAS in the afternoon and I’d drank fluids recently .. so will try and remember to do it first thing in the morning when HCG (hopefully!!) is highest.

I’ve had pretty uncomfortable back ache most of the day, and a few very subtle lower abdo pains, and felt a bit nauseas earlier

I haven't tested yet, I suspect I'm about 7/8DPO so I think it'll be too early?! What you reckon?
I think I might try to wait and do a test on Friday. I'm not sure I can wait til AF due (11th/12th Oct this is due)

I do feel so crampy but trying to tell myself that this is probably normal for me and that I'm just noticing it because I want it to be a positive!
Other than that I don't have any other signs at all so I'd be so shocked if it's positive!

I’m in the same boat - 7PO today and trying so hard not to drive myself mad with symptom spotting as I know it’s too early! Had a MC last month but ovulated quite quickly after (2 weeks later) so waiting until AF is due to test to avoid disappointment.

I’ve been having some cramping, and some mildly sore boobs, but know it’s way too early!

Awww it’s so easy to convince yourself that this is the month, tough to try and tell yourself is just Pms or it’s just in your head 😔 I’ve looked on other threads and lots of people don’t get a VFL until like 10/11/12DPO and some it’s not until after AF has been due! So there’s hope!!
every tiny symptom I get, I get my hopes up a little more which is silly

I’m sorry to hear about your MC , that must have been really tough
I keep saying to myself “keep note of the symptoms, but most things you’re feeling right
now are probably just PMS and I won’t actually get pregnancy symptoms until like 9dpo realistically” .. I’ve read lots of threads and one said only about 17% implant on day 9, so really it’s 10dpo for symptom spotting and a PT!

Yes this is exactly it, keep telling myself to be reasonable and that implantation probably hasn't even happened yet so would be way too early for symptoms! I also try to tell myself that ultimately the outcome won't change regardless of whether you find out sooner or later so that helps in trying to avoid early testing.

I just caved and tested. I think it's everyone on these forums giving me the testing itch lol!
Of course it was negative but I think I'm only 8/9dpo and tbh that's just a guess anyway. I really don't feel like I'm pregnant though, I am crampy but other than that nothing so I am sure it's PMS. But it's normally not this far away from AF. Anyway, nothing I can do but wait.
This is only first time trying for us so honestly I know it's going to take time but the waiting is so hard isn't it!!

So all I’ve had is lower back ache which I’ve had pretty much since I finished ovulating. I had the tiniest bit of metallic taste last night for about ten seconds, but that’s probably just in my head!! I did a test first thing this morning and it’s a BFN… and I bought cheap ones so did another this afternoon and it was of course a BFN! I’ll probably test with the clear blue tests every morning up until I get AF .. it’s our first time TTC too! I’ve also only came off the mirena coil at the start of last month and had two periods since… I more or less didn’t have any for 10 years so it’s tough to know what’s ‘normal’ again!!

I’m the same as you, I’ve no patience 😂 I’ve spent so much time scanning through threads and even earlier searched “is a sore throat a sign of early pregnancy” haha .. very silly I know but can’t be helped, it’s all-consuming!
