I had a missed miscarriage 3 months ago and currently ttc. I had my peak 2 days ago and I am now slightly bleeding. Enough to mark my underwear?

This happened to me and I ended up pregnant. Not sure if it was an ovulation bleed or what but it was in the 24hrs after I think I ovulated so very coincidental. It lasted about 3-4 days x
