Resting heart rate staying high/ BBT dropping?

I feel like I'm clutching at straws here, but does anyone track their resting heart rate during their cycle and might be a bit more knowledgeable than me?

My resting bpm climbs about 3-4bpm during ovulation then usually drops back down around 9-10dpo. This cycle it's gone up from 59 to 68bpm and has stayed there, with a dip around 8dpo, which would maybe track with implantation?

I had a v stressful Sunday at 5DPO (although it jumped up at 4dpo?) And it just hasn't dropped as I would expect. To add to things, my BBT has started dropping quite fast as of 10dpo, I'm 11dpo today.

If you made it this far, well done 😂 Any advice welcome!

I have no advice but I'm really interested to see how you get on as this would be a great way for me to track ovulation but in a more relaxed way. I'm currently 10dpo but my rhr has been the same for the past 3 days so it's not rising or falling.

Just an update, AF arrived this afternoon. Straws were indeed being clutched 😂

I'm so sorry to hear that, I hope next month is your month. I'm 11dpo and haven't tested yet.

Interestingly enough, my rhr went up from 68 to 70, and stayed there the past 3 days. So not a major leap in terms of your original post.

I'm excited and terrified. We have 4 girls and this will be no5. So now that it's real I'm slightly nervous!!!!

@Maybebaby54321 Oh that's interesting to know! To be fair, everything I've read says a 3-4bpm change is all it is. I think I might just be more anxious this month for some reason 😂 Best of luck with your 5th!!
