Low progesterone

Hey all, has anyone conceived naturally with low progesterone?
Back story: conceived successfully in 2020 with my son, I have ulcerative colitis and was in a horrible flare when I was 7 weeks along and had surgery and on a lot of meds which coincidentally is probably why my pregnancy was successful.
Fell pregnant first cycle in June 2022 but miscarried at 8 weeks
Fell pregnant again in October 2022 but miscarried at 9 weeks.
Haven't been able to conceive since bar one chemical in May'23.
Had day 21 progesterone yesterday and showed my progesterone levels low so I have letrozole for my next cycle.
But I'm still hoping iv conceived this cycle even tho it's unlikely 😂

I know this isn’t what you asked but has your doctor suggested or mentioned cyclogest pessaries? I have low progesterone and have been prescribed cyclogest to “insert” during the two week wait (and I guess for longer if I get a positive test). I’m also taking Clomid at the start of my cycle to stimulate ovulation.

@DoloresOnTheDottedLine so I have cyclogest but only to start as soon as I get a positive test, but this was prescribed after my second miscarriage. I did ask 2 weeks ago (before I had the test) if I should be on it and she said no because it would stop period coming. But might be changed!
She has prescribed letrozole for me to start on day 2 of next cycle and do the 21 day test again to see how it worked!
