Hi,
I'm in Ireland and waiting to see my gp about what I suspect is an estrogen dominance due to the symptoms I've been having for months now. I'm cycle 6 of ttc and I'm wondering if anyone got pregnant with this or did they have to balance their hormones first.
My gp appointment is later this week so hopefully get some blood tests and/or answers then

I have PCOS and long estrogen dominance phase in my cycle which caused infertility, my brain never clicked to send FSH to grow follicles hence non ovulatory cycles and difficulty to conceive. What helped me to get pregnant is Letrozole - which blocks esteogen production at certain time in your cycle and and then FSH is released when estrogen is decreased and as a result you ovulate. I couldn’t regulate my cycles naturally due to PCOS
