NO PERIOD 3 MONTHS

I haven't had a period for nearly 3 months now, I contacted the doctor and they won't see me for another 6 weeks 😒😭

I took a test a few weeks after my first missed period and it was 100% negative...

Has anyone had this happen before? And if so what was the reason/outcome?

I have been feeling stressed lately, a lot of anxiety, had migraines alot more frequently, just no motivation , been very tired and struggling to stay awake some evenings, no nausea at all, the odd dizzy spell but only once or twice. Few twinges here and there in the abdomen area. Oh and felt very agitated aswell, like no patience at all!

The first month I didn't have my period there was some random spotting of brown-ish discharge for about 5 days but after that not really, just the odd day or two over the past few months.

Thanks for any help or advice

Was your period regular up till now? If so I had a friend this happened to. Dr did a blood test, diagnosed them with vitamin d deficiency, prescribed some super strong vitamin d pills and like magic their period came a few weeks later.

I had a chemical pregnancy last month and it's now been almost 6 weeks and I'm still waiting. Is it possible this could have happened to you?

It's like a normal period and comes around the time it would be due.

Have you recently come off the pill? It took years for me to get regular monthly cycles after that, it would look like I was back on track then I'd miss a few again. I took so many pregnancy tests that year lol. We weren't TTC so the stress of the missed cycles probably made me miss more lol.

That's was a few years ago. I'll still occasionally miss one month but can usually attribute it to a stressful month, or some medication changes. COVID vaccine and ritalin both messed up my cycles and caused me to skip a month. Any new medications or environmental changes that could explain it?

Hope you find some answers soon!

I find that stress, anxiety, tiredness and weight loss stop mine.

I've missed 1 AF, due on today but don't feel like anything. All bfns even the blood test. Dr won't see me till I've missed 2 more AF now. But been feeling sick, sore boobs, constipation, bloated, back ache, tiredness. I think if I do miss the next 2 I will be going coo coo and wanting to know. I just want to know what's happening in my body.

Stress can be such a bitch. My friend came off the pill, no period for 7 months. Finished her masters and then boom, period. Then BFP the month after. The pill was probably to blame for some of her timeline but she puts it down to stress.
