Time to test??

So I believe I’m 8 dpo today, I’ve had cramps for the past 3 days now. Light nothing bad but noticeable. Tomorrow will be 9dpo. Is that too soon to take a first response?

i was naughty today and took a cheapie but that was beg. Not that I expected a cheapie to give me a result on 8dpo. First response says 6 days before missed period which I believe is tomorrow.

has anyone got any experience of testing early with first response ??

I took an early detection cheap test today at 9dpo and it showed a positive. Best of luck

I got my positive at 12dpo. The wait feels like ages!

I got a positive on a FRER at 8dpo! Very light and it didn’t photograph well, but by 9dpo you could see it on a photo.
In hindsight I think I might have ovulated quickly the night I got my peak rather than the next day, but still would’ve been an early positive :) best of luck Op!

I got a negative first response today but I’m not losing hope. I had mild cramps the past few days and they’ve gone away today.
my nipples are itchy. Boobs are a bit sore but nothing too bad. And I’m constipated.

I also think I’m a bit confused about my dpo. I got my peak on the 15th sept. Does that mean that’s the day I ovulated or do you wait 24 hours then start the count after that? So I’m 8dpo today?

very confused. But still hopeful.

@Summer2424 did you get negatives before 12dpo? Just curious? Or were you patient?

@Stephy1024 thats amazing was it super faint or very obvious? I tested but I’m unsure on my dpo now. I don’t have regular periods but I got my peak on the 15th sept.

@JP23 it was light but you could still see. I'll show you, this was after a minute once all the colour had settled. Ah I peaked on the 14th so ovulated on the 15th. But it could just be taking a little longer for implantation to be completed for you.

I did 3 tests today. 1 was first response which is neg. And these are the other 2. I think I can see something but I’m probably going crazy. I plan on doing another with fmu tomorrow.

I think I’m going crazy. It’s been a year now and I’ve not had this feeling before.

I think I see something on the first but I really do have the worst eye's. Definitely test again in the morning. We all make the pregnancy hormone at different rate Fingers crossed for you 🤞🏻
