Help! Opk + then - then drop in bbt

Hi there,

Please can someone put my crazy mind at ease. I ovulated late but not entirely sure which day.... i got a v positive opk on friday night and a sat morning. A negative opk on Sunday morning and a bbt clear drop on the Monday morning.

So did I ovulate Sunday or Monday?

If its Monday im only 5 dpo but i cant stop falling asleep and feel very heavy in my uterus almost as if I am going to get AF. Had a dip yesterday in bbt, followed by a steep rise this morning.

Its all a bit wierd. Unless im unwell.
Been falling asleep on the sofa after full nights sleep!

@Reen18 hello. I don't know if you are still here. I have been trying to find a similar situation to mind and yours is the only one. Don't know if you remember but did your bbt rise to indicate ovulation after this?

Yea - premom said i ovulated on the Sunday and flo app said monday which was when my temp actually dropped. Regardless I didnt conceive. This month my bbt is beautifully balanced lol but last month it was all over the place. Its very hard really to know when u ovulated exactly it seems
