Ah what is going on?

Hi all, I’ve had negatives all week. On Wednesday I took a test that looked negative but 1 hour later it had two lines (obviously this is invalid!) so I took another 2 yesterday and assumed they were faint positives. Took two today and both are negative! The only difference being yesterday I tested early in the morning and in the afternoon around 12. Today I tested later in the afternoon (and urine had been sitting in the cup for around 30/45 minutes). I’m so confused. I have so many pregnancy symptoms but now I’m convinced I’m not pregnant and I’m about to start my period. Silly me for getting my hopes up. Has this happened to anyone else? The first two pictures are yesterdays tests and last is todays. If this is an evap it is so cruel :(

Hi OP! When are you due on? I would get yourself a digital test, but I do definitely see a line there!!

Thanks, I saw a line as well on yesterdays tests but today is completely white. I thought I was due today but app says tomorrow. I really started to get excited ☹️

If you left the tests lying and read outside the timeframe then I'd put it as negative. If it was within time then positive.

Yesterday’s tests were within the timeframe ☹️ that’s what’s making me sad. Today I left the urine out for a bit uncovered while I popped to the shop to get the tests and took them in the afternoon. I guess I got my hopes up for nothing

Not yet, I had a miscarriage a couple of months ago so not sure what date my period is due. My app says today. I think I’m out, symptoms seem to be disappearing so I’m guessing I was just imagining things trying to convince myself I’m pregnant again.

Please don't use clearblue tests for early testing. They are notorious for evap lines that can show really quickly as well.

If the line isn't thick and obvious, consider it negative and take a pink dye test instead.

Boots early response are supposed to be good

Thanks, I’ve realised that now (£100 poorer) with 5 evaps. Such a shame because I was really getting my hopes up! I think AF is on her way now.
