Short luteal phase experiences

Can anyone give me their experiences with having a short luteal phase. My ovulation is around day 17-18 and i get my period between day 24-29. averaging around 27.

I have one DC who i conceived between IVF rounds (we never tried naturally due to my husband's cancer but they were wrong). so never did ovulation tests and my cycles were a bit all over the place during that period from treatment.

Please give me hope.

My cycle was kind of like that , ovulated day 20-21 and got period a week later rather than 14 days .

Mine is usually around 10 days. Only have 1 DC so far but got pregnant as soon as we started trying. I had been warned it could be an issue in terms of difficulties conceiving when I'd been undergoing tests for an unrelated issue but it wasn't. I don't know if it will be if we decide to have another, though, but it wasn't previously.

If it helps I actually thought u had pcos as I get some hair on my chin, my periods csn be allover the place sometimes is regular for months then would go haywire and go to 42 day cycles then back to normal. I doubted I ovulsted until I tracked and then I realised I ovulate quite late. Had no problems conceiving.

LP of 9/10 days here & have been pregnant 4 times (one CP). I found the pregnacare conception vitamins really effective, but of course everyone is different. I'd recommend ov tests too to get familiar with your cycle. Wishing you all the best🤞🏼
