I’m late but negative

Hi,
My period was due yesterday and the day prior I had awful pains low in my tummy that I thought was just a sign of the impending flow! However now a day late and there is absolutely no sign of it coming. I’ve done a test which is negative. I’m so confused, I’m usually like clock work. Anyone else had thing and it turned out to be pregnancy or just a missed period?

for me normally when this happens its just a late period. i've never had a false positive or negative. if your period is due and the test was negative then it most likely is negative especially if it was a sensitive test you used. nothing worse than waiting for your period but hpefully it appears soon, i would have months my period was like clockwork then other months it would go allover the place. joys of being a woman.
