Post-MMC - Coenzyme q10 / proceive

Hi all

I take proceive capsules but saw these only have 25mg of coenzyme q10. I saw some articles suggesting for fertility experts recommend 100mg-600mg of coenzyme Q10. I just wondered did anyone who takes proceive also take extra coenzyme q10?

For context - we conceived on our first month of trying, however suffered a missed miscarriage. I really don't want to go through anything like this again as it's been nearly 2 months of 2 lots of medical management and then surgical management to finally test negative yesterday. Want my body to be the best it can be for next time.

Thank you

@Khanga27 - we've spoken on another thread. I just take folic acid, vit d and have started with a 100mg COQ10 tablet since my loss. I don't think there'd be any harm in taking more COQ10 from what I've read. Holland and Barrett do a 50mg and a 100mg - they recommended the 100 to me when I said it was for fertility. Hope you're doing ok. X

Thank you @SnookyPook and hope you are okay. I am feeling like i can deal with things a bit better. I was taking the basic folic acid and vitamin d before (after an allergic reaction to pregnacare), but decided to try proceive at someone's recommendation and haven't reacted like with the pregnacare. I'll get the extra coenzyme q10 - I currently have half price on vitamins online with boots today only so now is my chance.
