My dh are ttc our second dc with the help of clomid, as been unable on our own. I was just wondering do we have to have sex everyday around day 10 to day 20. We both work and get quite tired by the evening, and at times no really in the mood, esp me

nooooo (or if that's true, DH and I are doomed as ttc-ers). Every 2 to 3 days should be fine! Sperm live for a little while (1-5 days in fertile conditions)

Phew, what a relief. I can take it easy tonight. Nothing kills the romance like ' Come on then, i want to go sleep, and its ovulation week!.........

Hi alittletired - our consultant advised the same as what CaptainKarvol said - every 2 to 3 days throughout your cycle (I suppose just to make sure don't miss ovulation if you ovulate early or late)

I finished my period today - well I say that - I am still spotting but not telling the boyfriend that! It's day nine and I have a 24 day cycle so I am going to try and do it every other day between now and day 16. So... tonight, Thursday night, Saturday night, Sunday night and Tuesday I guess, though I suppose he'd be more up for it Friday and Saturday and may be in the morning too.

Jesus - it's horrible having to plan this kind of thing.
