Is this positive?

Is this test positive or could it be an evap? I’m probably between 9-11 days dpo I’m not exactly sure!

first picture is straight after fmu, and last photo is an hour later.
I thought I could see something on the first test in person but doesn’t appear on the photo.

Those look positive to me, congratulations! The second picture is clearer but can see a line in both easily 😊

False negatives are much more likely than false positives. I doubt you would get two false positives. That would be so unlikely. You are definitely pregnant. Hopefully you see a nice progression in the line in the next few days 😊🤞
