12dpo implantation bleeding??

I have never had dark brown spotting before my period and today I have had the littlest bit of brown discharge and yesterday I have light lower abdomen cramps. Is 12dpo too late for implantation? Also took a test and BFN

I'm in a very similar position. On 9 and 11 dpo I got a BFN on FRER and since everyone says they're the most sensitive tests and detect pregnancy very early I thought I was out this month. Until the evening of 11dpo I had a few pink drops of blood. It was very light and nothing like my period which begins dark brown and progresses onto heavy bleeding with clots. I also didn't have any cramps which I always get from the first day of my period even if I'm spotting. So bizarre. Google says implantation bleeding can occur 10-14 days after conception. I guess only time can tell and we'll have to wait to see if the bleeding develops into a full on period. I think if I took a pregnancy test right now it'll come out as BFN as hch levels are low. I'll probably wait a couple days. I hope things go well for you. Keep me updated if possible x
