My period has been a bit off this month I am 2 days early, first day was brown blood second was brown mixed with red and pinkish and today is brown with a with red, when I wipe is red but looks more brown on pad and looks like it's coming to an end. My periods are usually way more heavy and this is quite light, is this normal?

It can’t be normal to have a slightly off period, you may feel like it’s coming to an end then it might just start up again. Have you been unwell or stressed lately?

Is there any chance you could be pregnant?

If it’s worrying you then contact your gp and ask for a check up. From my experience, they don’t often do anything the first month of it being irregular but act upon it if it happens again.

It's definitely stopped today and I've noticed it was more brown this period than red. I have been having irregular periods since January, I was on the depo injection last year but only took it once and it ran out November which has lead to irregular periods since Jan. Definitely not pregnant took a test yesterday to be sure. And I went doctor to check and they done my bloods and said everything was fine so I am just confused

Sorry I meant in my original post that it can be normal. Could the injection be the things that’s changed your periods?
I know the doctor said everything was fine but maybe go back and chat about it being irregular for so long and what they could do to try change them.
