Cycle 4 bfn, hate this feeling!

Hi all,

Currently on cycle 4, AF due on Wednesday and had a bfn this morning on early detection, just have a feeling I'm out again this month. I'm so disappointed, and I know it can take a lot longer yet but I naively thought because I conceived (and mc) 3 years ago on the first try and then 2nd try conceived ds that it would happen sooner this time too.

I take pregnacare, been using conceive+, test with opks, sit with legs in air, losing weight, drank grapefruit juice but still nothing!

I know I shouldn't be feeling this way as it is still early days and I'm so so lucky to have my son but just desperately want baby number 2.

Anyone else feeling this way too or am I being a wally?

Me too! I usually get irrational and very emotional for about 3/4 days and then move on and go again. I'm also due on Wednesday but 99.9% certain we weren't successful this month. The waiting is brutal and I keep wishing we'd started trying earlier. Hindsight is a beautiful thing.

How regularly are u doing it .are u doing it every other day ?

@milkshakeandchips5 I'm exactly the same! Just had another bfn so really feeling down in the dumps now, just waiting for AF! I said to my husband I wish we started sooner!

@Bex4567 yep every other day except around ovulation we do it every day for 3 days

How are you doing @TTCNoTWO ? I'm irritated. Have been cramping and spotting since yesterday. No positive symptoms at all! It feels like it takes forever for my period to arrive so we can try again!

@milkshakeandchips5 really miserable and fed up today! Another bfn this morning but I have no AF symptoms at all which is really unusual..
Sorry to hear your cramping, I just want AF to arrive now too so we can move on! X

It's so difficult when you're aware of your cycles to not overthink everything. I don't actually bother testing, weirdly I find a negative test even more depressing than my period. I always find there's 2/3 days when my period arrives and I feel bleugh and then I'm ok. But definitely in a bleugh stage right now.

@milkshakeandchips5 you're so strong! I tell myself each month not to test but end up doing it anyway 🙈 x
