Hello, looking for some advice or any similar experiences -

AF 3 days late, which is so unlike me. I’m very regular, have been for as long as I can remember. Haven’t been on birth control or anything obvious that may mess with my cycle.

Have taken a handful or two of tests over the past few days since I’ve been late, all BFN with the exception of 2 that had the faintest lines, too faint to be counted as anything imo.

Symptom wise I am feeling hot, tired, irritable and nauseous. However I also feel that lower heavy feeling as if your AF is trying/about to come on. Keep running to the toilet as I think it’s arrived, to be met with nothing.

I’ve googled so hard that I’m now onto threads about early menopause (I’m 32), and ectopic pregnancies - as a result I’m now panicked 😕

anyone been in a similar boat and could let me know their outcome?

TIA 🫶🏽

That was my thinking too, I must be pregnant, but the advice I’ve seen on here is mostly if I were pregnant, it would be showing properly on a test by now? I’m adopted so unfortunately don’t know my family history, and I know that it is rare to start menopause at my age, I think I’m just at a loss for what’s going on and looking at any possibility now ☹️

Have you recently started with prenatal vitamins or only recently started to properly try? I've seen both things cause someone with usually very regular cycles to experience a change. You're still very much in 'possibly ovulated late' territory. Are you sure on your ovulation date?

On another note, I've had very faint BFPs with two pregnancies at 15dpo. Didn't test earlier so not sure if anything would have shown but given what squinters they were, I doubt it!

Please try not to panic! Three days late really isn't much, and certainly a bit soon to be considering early menopause etc I would say 😊
