Floradix liquid in conception & pregnancy

Spoke to a gp this week who was surprised im not taking anything 4 iron..

Floradix liquid seems gentle & good 4 iron & ok in conception/ pregnancy....

Has anyone else taken floradix liquid in conception/ pregnancy ?

If you are trying to concieve - are you taking regular iron ?

I never took extra iron. My iron levels were fine in pregnancy anyway. I do eat meat though

I eat meat too :) and having 2 wheatabix a day

Just looked up daily female iron in take - & not sure that i currently get enough

Yes I took floradix all the way through second pregnancy. Gentle on the tummy and tastes OK, cheaper than Spatone!

Was anaemic in first pregnancy but not in second.
