Not actively trying however had unprotected sex and i track my periods so was around my ovulation date, i then had bleeding approx 5 dpo but I do have a blood disorder which means my blood doesnt clot as well and I bleed heavily even if a small cut. The bleeding started of brown and then it got slightly redder, lasted about 2 days. but now its gone and I am feeling nauseous and my period isnt actually due until the 18th? Any healthcare professionals able to provide any insight??

I was HPC - quit to focus on family.

I would assume your disorder would only affect you if there has been some trauma as your said. So maybe expect this after DTD as that's can cause bleeding at the cervix. But if you have not DTD for a while then it is unlikely to be related.
5DPO is suoer early for implantation. It could also be ovulation spotting which has just made its way out. It can be quiet traumatic to the ovary when ovukation occurs and cause irritation.
Basically hard to say without seeing an OBGYN.

Ovulation spotting & implantation spotting only happens to 15-25% of women

Thanks super helpful. I was really confused about the bleeding, its never happened before and my periods are always on time. I have an appointment soon about my bloods so will mention it and wait to see what happens with my next period!

My AF should be due around now although I had that unexplained bleed around 1 week and a half ago. Constant nausea and sore boobs, I tested once on Monday just to be sure but it was negative. Hate it when your cycle messes up when you really don't need it to
