Am I pregnant?!

Hi there,
I have been TTC baby number 2 since may and have found the whole experience really stressful - having conceived baby number 1 in the first try, I think I went into it this time very naive!
I track my cycle on the Flo app, which says I was due on this Monday just gone (11th) but I also track my ovulation with sticks, which occurred 2 days later than predicted on the app, which would make my predicted period date more likely today or yesterday.
I have been having cramps on and off since Monday and on Tuesday I started having pain in my lower back and a pulling sensation in my lower belly and sides (neither I have when time of the month is due!) I am having to pee much more than normal and am so thirsty all the time .. probably due to the 100 wees a day! I felt a bit nauseous this morning but don’t know if it’s due to being anxious. And I’m really tired, but can’t nod off quickly, just want to sit down all the time and feel like I’m dragging myself around to do anything.
with my first baby my first signs were stomach cramps, feeling as though I was going to start my period and extreme hunger.
I took a test this morning which was negative but I don’t know if it’s too early? Does anyone have experience of the same symptoms? I’ve convinced myself now that I’ve got type 2 diabetes.. google is dangerous isn’t it!
just hoping someone can relate! And did anyone test and then test a few days later and have a positive test?

thank you!

Symptom spotting is the worst isn't it? The thing is, every pregnancy could have different symptoms. So can every period cycle. I never used to have back pain, now I get it almost every cycle. It's very off putting when you're trying for a baby. You take note of every little thing your body is doing.
My only suggestion is keep testing if you still don't have your period. I always caught my pregnancies super early 8dpo but I read many women didn't get their BFP till 14dpo, so anything is possible as it depends on how late you implanted.
Hope all the best for you and for a BFP!!
