Hi
I am ttc my 2nd dc but was told after a blood test to check my hormones that my FSH was high.

However on a 2nd blood test I had done they were okay at 7.

Just wondering can this happen and in menopause would FSH levels remain permanently high.

I have had some problems with skipped periods and absent periods so was wondering if I could be in the menopause.

How old are you?
What was your FSH level when it was high?

FSH can fluctuate quite dramatically from month to month. I have never had a high reading but mine has gone from 4.5 at the lowest to 6.9 at the highest all in a 12 month period.
