.Hiya

I started off on 50mg of clomid, which sadly didn't work. So this cycle we upped it to 100mg.

Day 2-7 of my cycle coincided with my holiday and unfortunately I forgot to pack my OPK!

I've got back today and took an OPK (cycle day 14) and it is 0.02 according to pre mom.

Feeling so disheartened at the thought thay the higher dosage hasn't worked 😔😔 Do you think all hope is lost for this cycle?

Not necessarily, keep testing with your opk. I didn't use clomid, but I was taking leteozole which is very similar and usually I didn't get a positive until days 16-20 so you might still get a positive.

On the other hand, if you're on CD 14 you might have ovulated while you were away already. The only way to be sure would be to do a day 21 blood test, you can ask your fertility doctor to do one or you can get them online from medichecks

Clomid made me ovulate at all different times
Cycle 1 . Day 19
Cycle 2 Day 31
Cycle 3 Day 17
Cycle 4 Day 14

I decided not to take it this month

@LavenderSweetPea - thank you so much for your response 😊 I'll keep persevering!

I do have day 21 bloods booked in on the 20th, so I'll not lose all hope until it's confirmed x

Oh good, then you'll know either way after the blood test. Definitely keep up with the opks between now and then because if you get a positive now it'll be too early to see and confirm on the blood test you have booked.

Good luck!
