Red wine

Well I've been hearing about red wine helping with conceiving is it true?
My friends had red wine everyday for a week before ovulation and got pregnant so I think it does work.
I've been trying to conceive for a year so i will give it a try this month.
Any other experience?

OP if you have been trying for a year have you been to your GP?

@Reugny yes multiple times and did all the tests, all is good and we're taking supplements, they told me to reduce stress maybe that's the problem

OP you didn't need to reply but if it isn't happening you need more investigation and you will need to pay for it privately.
