I think I'm pregnant??

Hi everyone,

So i had a chemical pregnancy last month which my husband and I were gutted about. 😢 we got straight back in to trying and I'm currently 4 days before expected period.

I just had the whim to test with a FRER as I'm cramping terribly. I've never ever got a positive before my period, not even with DS1.

Is this positive because I seriously can't believe it. My last pregnancy I was past my period before I even had a whif of a positive and this is quite dark i think??.

This is definitely positive, and looks stronger than a “before period” test… maybe you didn’t have a chemical?

I'm sure I did. It was heavy with clots tmi sorry, and had 2 negatives after . So I think it's a new pregnancy but a really strong line I think for the time 😳

Aw im sorry about your miscarriage. I had one further along too before DS1, it's so hard. But good luck to you I really hope you get your BFP. The wait is so hard!!! 💛💛💛 I always cave and end up testing early lol

You can have a chemical and test after and get a positive...

Thank you ❤ I might just do that! I had x2 negative tests previously last month so I think it's new just a bit shocked. My cycle is quite long though 35 days if that makes a difference 🤷‍♀️ can't belive it.

Twins run in my family so my husband is nervous now lol

Well I had 2 negatives after the big bleed 🤷‍♀️ and it was for 5 days like a much stronger period.

Perhaps you ovulated earlier than usual after your chemical and you're further along than you think?

Get a clear blue date test and see how many weeks pop up

You probably ovulated earlier than you thought otherwise the test wouldn't be so dark yet. Even with twins. X

Yeah maybe so, Ive never really tested for ovulation, just kind of hoped for the best, so maybe i did ovulate early. Thank you :) xx

If it helps, my BFP with DS1 at between 11 and 12DPO was quite dark and I thought twins as well as DH and I have a huge amount on either side but was just the one! X
