Hi ladies - I just wondered what tests ppl were using these days - the go to was frer but they no longer make these and ppl are selling ones that ain’t actually them - I had been using ic one steps but I’ve had false positives - bfn and then some that just seem strange -
today I’ve tested positive again for opk and some lines on hpt but don’t seem to be getting darker or more obvious so I’m thinking they are not actually positives. But then read they do not pick up pregnancy until much later despite them claiming to be 10 mui -
anyone have any up to date comments on this ?
I’ve attached the pic of the edited tests as the camera doesn’t seem to be picking it up the best - bottom test is opk -
thing is I’m cd41 or cd22 (had a strange bleed in the middle) but also weirdly enough - 2 nights ago , after dtd - I bleed - literally bright red, cleaned up and no more-
symptom wise just tearful and heavy boobs -
just wish af would arrive on bfp would come -

Numark Early pregnancy tests are early detection tests offering results up to 6 days before your missed period (the day after your period is expected) with 78% accuracy. This accuracy grows to 99% on the days surrounding your expected period.

I was very premature
Mum bled a few times whilst carrying me - it happens sometimes

Tes004 · 07/09/2023 16:52

@worldwidetravel2017 thank you - I will see if I can get one - I’m so impatient -
I don’t suppose you tried any of the one step ic before that to compare ? X

The bled in middle could of been implantation bleeding

I use one step and never had an indent. Also the ovulation strips work good as well.

I've never had a false positive with the OneStep ones. I don't think the lines are always as bright/dark as others but they've always worked.

Boots early response are supposed to be good.

Very faint lines can stay quite faint for a while on these kind of sensitive tests, make sure you're waiting 48 hours between testing and you should see some line improvement. The difference in miu in a day when it's so early isn't going to show an obvious difference in the line.

Do the lines have colour? If they do, it's positive. If they don't, it's negative.

I used clear and simple midstream tests personally. Got a very faint positive at 13dpo on the 10miu and faint positive on the 20miu at 15dpo and positive digital at 16dpo. I had to up the saturation on a photo of my 13dpo bfp to be sure the line was pulling pink.

You can also wait 3 days and do a digital. Or you can try the early digital (10miu) now.
