I fell pregnant in January, quite easily using the My Tracker app. I had to have a miscarriage as my baby died inside me - that was April. We have been trying to get pregnant again the last three months and I'm using the same app as well as Flo but it's just not happening. I had misoprostol...can this cause problems with fallopian tubes, eg blocking or anything else? I'm 40 this weekend with no other children so kinda getting desperate.

I had a MC in June after 6 months of trying and now going into cycle 2 if trying for No2.

I think we are both in the “normal range”

at 40 you can be seen quicker for fertility help? Have you spoken to the GP for baseline bloods ect?

@Luby34 I’ve never been pregnant however after trying for over 12 months and not having any luck I paid to have fertility tests at a private clinic. I know for some it would seem extreme or a lot of money (circa £700) but within 7 days of having blood test, internal examination and seamen analysis I was given answers and advice on my options. If you are in a position to be able to do the same I would highly recommend if not I would speak to your GP. Hope this helps and best of luck.

I've not seen my GP yet but I've got annual leave next week so I'll book an appointment. Otherwise I will have to somehow save but that will take months.
