CD 32 could I be pregnant

I had a miscarriage in June, I tracked everything the cycle after and I didn’t get pregnant the tracking drove me mad, decided to not track anything this month, currently cycle day 32 negative HCG but done a OPK and it came up like this, could this be a sign I am pregnant? I ovulated very late the month I got pregnant the first time so I’m hopeful 🤞 but also don’t have any symptoms other than AF not arriving

Hi @Welshwinnie this is most likely a sign that you’re having a very late ovulation. If the OPK was detecting pregnancy hormones, you’d expect the hcg test to be positive too, as the hcg test is much, much more sensitive.

I think AF has started 👎💔

i am on CD 30 normally have 28-29 cycle. Having periods like cramps for a week now and a bit of brown spotting. Done a test yesterday but BFN. Cramps are still going on but no sign of AF. Could i be still pregnant??

I spoke to a fertility Dr who said once your got your surge to stop using OPKS as the LH phase and 2nd phase a lot of women have small surges until AF shows up.
So I test from CD11 until I get a surge sometimes that is CD15 or latest CD26 and then stop. And that entire time we DTD plus 4 days after.

When I have tested later closer to AF I get multiple surges even those that the text line is darker and shows up before the control line.

@MixedCouple thank you that is good to know, I’ve decided I’m going to track everything again this month, when I got pregnant the first time I didn’t have to track a thing it just happened I wish it would again as the tracking is a lot 😬
