I'm just wondering , what exactly do they do. Is it just pressing points on the feet or is it like a foot massage ?
Thinking of booking myself in for some fertility reflexology.
Did you find it helped ?

I had it for the first time recently. I was given a voucher as a gift. I was dreading it because I'm very ticklish and I don't like anyone near my feet. It was fantastic and so relaxing. It was like a deep massage on my feet. I dozed off and felt fantastic afterwards

I absolutely love it. I have fertility reflexology which focuses on pressure points that are meant to help, I don't know if that works as such but I do know it's the most relaxing hour of my week! I literally fall asleep most sessions, and I'm someone who can't usually sleep anywhere except in my own bed! I highly recommend it when TTC for helping to keep you calm and relaxed if nothing else 😁

Reflexology is more than just a foot massage. I had it when I was struggling to conceive many years ago. It is deep pressure massage to all the reflex points on the feet which correspond to the different parts of the body e.g. there are reflex points for the uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, pituitary gland ( to stimulate production of ocytocin leading up to labour), digestive system etc. It stimulates the nerve endings and is very relaxing but powerful. Wonderful pre pregnancy, during pregnancy and post pregnancy. I was so convinced of it's benefits and went on to re-train as a reflexologist and now offer one to one online guided reflexology for couples.
