Hi everyone! We've been trying for six months and this is the test today with FMU.
My periods are due in the next two to five days.

My husband thinks it might just be an evaporation line (we got false hope a couple of months ago with Clearblue) but the line appeared within the 10 minute time frame and it's a light pink hue.

What do you think? Thank you

Hey, I think that could well be a very early positive 🤞

talkito · 03/09/2023 09:18

Yoire welcome. If you hold your wee for 4 hours this evening and don't drink much at all you might get a clearer line 🤞

@Kellyaust can you tell me what dpo your test in the photo is from?
I have the same one step tests as in your picture, even down to the word 'max' being upside down.

I'm currently 11dpo, with no signs of AF and I have loads of these tests which are all coming back negative, however I found a lot of reviews on them said they aren't as sensitive as they claim and many people got bfns with them whilst getting obvious bfps with other brands.

I'm going tomorrow after the school run to pick up some branded more expensive tests but in the meantime I thought I'd ask how you found them.

Could well be an early positive...I'd try again tomorrow morning. Good luck!!!

L2323 · 03/09/2023 10:04

It looks like it! I've had 4 faint positives and this is one of them on the same strip's

Mummyme87 · 03/09/2023 10:08

Could be. I swear by the boots early response, much better than FRER and fairly sensitive

talkito · 03/09/2023 10:15

Thank you all
I'm going to grab a digital one and see
I'll update you guys

Hi, yes I was 8 or 9dpo, I don't think some batches are as sensitive tbh but I've used these years and never had a problem. Just for comparison this was my frer the same evening x

Hi again!

Just took a digital one and unfortunately it came out as negative

@talkito was it a 6 day early one? The digital aren't that sensitive tbh I would just leave it til evening or tomorrow with fmu. My digi showed positive on 10dpo but think I implanted early x

No it was just a regular one.
Thank you for your reply. It's really reassuring!

I'll retest again with FMU tomorrow xx

Gosh yes then there's still hope... A normal digital one wouldn't pick up something so faint I don't think. Those strips are 10mlu and the regular pregnancy tests are 25mlu so you've still got a chance. Fingers crossed for you in the morning 🤞

Dabralor · 03/09/2023 13:05

OP all my earliest tests looked like that for both my children - I still have them in a box somewhere which is gross, I know.

Don't lose heart - the Digi ones tend not to show things as early as the supermarket cheapies. Good luck!!!

Kellyaust · 03/09/2023 13:08

@talkito also forgot to say my digital was a 6 day early clearblue x

fairymary87 · 03/09/2023 13:26

Mine was like that, she's 16 months now... really hope so for you

Mummyme87 · 03/09/2023 16:20

Unless it’s the mega early digi it won’t be positive yet, can often be a while to get a positive from them so wouldn’t look into them too much

njh21 · 03/09/2023 18:36

Looks a faint positive and the digital aren't as sensitive! I always found my lines we're better in the evenings on these ones! Keeping fingers crossed OP🤞🏻

talkito · 04/09/2023 10:51

Thank you so much for all your help!
I took another today and it's positive!
