Period after MVA

Hi everyone. I really need some advice. My miscarriage started 5 weeks ago but it was incomplete. I then had an MVA last week. By the next day, the bleeding had stopped. I did a pregnancy test a few days later and it was negative (before the MVA it was only slightly positive). That same day however, I started bleeding again but it feels more like a period. Could this be possible seeing as I did start miscarrying so long ago? Even though it's only a few days after the MVA? X

@Rolo08 Did you get to the bottom of this? I had an MVA for RPOC last week and was told that the bleeding can come and go for a little while. I thought it was stopping the after but then had some more blood before it stopped altogether. I've been told to wait for a period before TTC again so really hoping it arrives on time!

@13lucy I'm not quite sure what it was tbh but I classed it as some sort of period. It lasted for a couple of days then stopped. Then 28 days later, I got my first proper period x

@Rolo08 thank you, that's really helpful. I wondered whether having MVA for incomplete miscarriage meant different timeframes for getting your period back as you start testing negative quicker, but I don't think it works like this! I'm counting down the days until my next period and was told I should get it 4-6 weeks from the MVA (so another 3-5 weeks 😬). I hope you are doing ok!
