Can you ovulate while on period?

So I FINALLY had a visit from AF yesterday (only been waiting since June ...!).

Anyway so I have no period pains, didn't even feel like I was 'coming on'. Had a few twinges but thats about it - nothing like I used to. So yesterday it was moderately heavy in the morning then lessened as the day went on. Today again moderate this morning but again lessened. However I've just been to the loo and when I wiped TMI it was barely there pinky red but I did notice mucus. Shiny pinky/red if you will .... 🫣🤣

I've never in my years of having a period noticed this. So now I'm wondering if I'm ovulating... Again?!

I'm going to keep checking and may be tempted to do an OPK later but I'm so confused. 🤣

I have once and it was so weird it was blood and ewcm and I ended up getting my next period on day 16 of my cycle which shows it really was ovulation. I blame having Covid for this as it seemed to mess my periods up a few months, vitamin b6 helped regulate me again

Yes, I’ve had exactly the same experience as this. Very weird but never happened again.

Hmmm strange! Maybe I've never noticed it before because I never took notice as much as I do now 😆

Well I've actually done an ovulation test tonight and it was definitely not positive or remotely near so god knows. This TTC malarkey doesn't half send me batty at times!
