Anyone had cramps day before AF, but been pregnant instead?

On day cd27,due tomorrow, i normally have 28 day cycles! Had lots of pg like symptoms fot the last week nausea, fatigue, heatburn, constipation, breast tenderness, but started with cramps last night! Is there any chance it could be anything else other than the wicked AF? xxxxxxx

Yes. AF was due on Wednesday but didn't arrive. I had all my usually cramps etc but did a couple of tests and BFP. Still having those pains on and off now.

I had irregular cycles and had not expected to concieve on the first cycle of vaguely trying. Was having the "normal" cramps/breast tenderness that I get anyway with PMT and bit of heartburn. Went to chemist for painkillers for period pain and Zantac for heartburn- happened to see HPT and thought -better get one for the future. Also bought an ovulation kit!

When got home I got painkillers out then suddenly decided to pee on the HPT just incase. BFP to my complete surprise. Took another 5 (late night Tesco's) to convince me.

Now of course think that pre AF symptoms could be PG

With DS1 I had cramps from about 3 days before period was due, they continued for another week.

I didn't test until I was 9 days late because I wasn't expecting to be pg!
