6 days late

Hi

We've been trying to nearly 3 years, we have been referred to the fertility clinic and are waiting for an appointment. Has anyone been 6 days late when usually regular but had a negative test? Does anyone know a reason why this could be happening? My body is letting me think there is hope when I know there isn't
I have never been late in my life and I really got my hopes up this time 😭

Yup, this happened to me last cycle, I was 6 days late. I was desperate for AF to arrive at the end, the false hope was awful. Having sex brought on my period hours later!
