LH Testing after Ovulation

Evening everyone,

how long after you get your ovulation peak do you stop testing twice a day? How long after do you just stop for that cycle, or do you keep going until your period?

I stop a day or two after. I would keep testing if I had strong ovulation pain or other symptoms though

I’m testing till I get my period or hopefully miss it just because its my first month doing opk and I want to establish a baseline, however I had thought I had gotten a peak at about cd14 as predicted but then if I didn’t continue testing I wouldn’t have caught that my ovulation this month was actually cd23.

but otherwise I’d probably stop a few days after ovulation.

There's no need to test more than 1-2 days post ovulation as LH doesn't mean anything beyond that x

@moosey89 I’ve had 2 cycles since the MMC.
Last cycle I ovulated on day 21 and got my
period 10 days later
this time Ive had my peak on day 14.

I suppose I’m just worried that it’s not actually my peak and that the peak is stil to come. Then again maybe my first cycle isn’t that reliable to work from. I might not have necessarily got day 1 of my first cycle right.

@HashB what types of sticks are you using?

They’re just pre-mom dip sticks.

they worked the first cycle I used them last time. I feel like I might have used up my luck!

Your body might be back to normal now after an abnormal cycle post mmc? If you're worried you could keep DTD every other day until day 22 and that would cover you x
