TTC with PCOS

Looking for the best way TTC with PCOS?!

Had a chemical in April and no BFP since. Came off the pill in Sept 21, and period only returned Dec 2022. I've really struggle with irregular cycles, shortest I've had is 33 days, longest was just before chemical at around 60 days. Currently on day 51.

Has anyone got any tips for when my next period finally comes so I can start a cycle afresh?

Only thing that I'm religiously doing at the mo is taking inositol and folic acid.

i completely feel your struggle. I came off my depo injection October 2022. Had 3 regular cycles of 28-32 days length. Then booom! Nothing for 112 days! Since then I’ve had varying lengths of 52/78 days.
im currently in day 62. This month I’ve started inositol, folic acid and magnesium.
I have also bought and subscribed to Ovusense wearable bbt tracker. It’s the only accurate way to track ovulation with PCOS as POAS can be inaccurate to the fluctuations of LH during the cycle. I’ve actually just had it confirm ovulation last as last Thursday so time will tell if AF arrives or I get a BFP next week.
sorry I can’t be much more help than that. It’ll be good to keep intouch so we can bounce ideas off each other if we find something is or isn’t working for us.

Oooh fingers crossed for you!

Yeah I'm half tempted to get the clearblue digital ovulation tracker but I've had Easy@Home in the past and really struggled to pinpoint anything, my LH seems to be naturally fairly high! Definitely need to get better with logging BBT. Do you think you'll get a pattern still even with long cycles or are you expecting temp fluctuations too?

You'll have to let me know how things go Smile

I used clearblue ovulation tracker to begin with but changed to easy@home because clear blue sometimes detected an initial rise and then if I didn’t ovulate it didn’t refocused LH going down and then back up.
To be honest, right now I’m just using Ovusense with OPKs if I can be bothered because they’re so irregular. I’ve attached a screen shot of my temps, my temp seems to have remained higher after ovulation which it is meant to.

Sometimes I think the best thing we can do is just regularly DTD throughout all weeks and then surely that gives a shot at catching ovulation whenever it decides to finally come?! Easier said than done though Grin
