Reccurent miscarriage help

Hi
I'm currently experiencing my 4th miscarriage since July 2022. A little history:
1st miscarriage July 2022 5 weeks
2nd December 2022 10 weeks MMC healthy HB at 8 weeks baby stopped growing at 8w5d
3rd Febuary 2023 5/6weeks pregnancy of unknown location treat as a ectopic with methotrexate
4th August 2023 7weeks no growth between weekly scans and no HB

I'm 29 partner 41 no living children. We're under a private clinic and have had multiple tests after the 3rd and a 4 month gap between trying.
Partners sperm analysis all above average.
I've had multiple tests mostly normal however I've got the MTHFR gene and borderline antinuclear antibodies.
Ultrasound showed polycystic ovaries (count of 42) but not PCOS no other symptoms of this and my Hba1c and testosterone was normal. Normal periods appear to ovulate every month and get pregnant every month we try.
Hycosy test - tubes clear
Normal thyroid etc.

My question is ...
Should I have more extensive immune testing NK cells?
Should I jump to IVF with testing?
Should I keep the hope that I'll one day be a mum?

@Amyb87 sorry to hear your going through another loss, that's very tough. ☹️ defo would be getting your NK levels checked, if they're high they will attack the fetus like it's an infection or abnormal etc. I think this is the reason for mine, I have Crohn's disease. Iv a prescription of steroids, progesterone and aspirin for when i get pregnant again. You may need steroids or even something like humira to help in pregnancy. I happened to have been on them both when I was pregnant with my first and most likely the reason it was successful.

DEFO keep the hope ❤️

My friend had a similar situation. She did a lot of tests and they found some issues with blood clotting and oxygen carrying to the baby. She was on blood thinners daily as soon as she found out about her last pregnancy. She had it in a form of injection in her tummy. I’m not sure if it’s not the same they give after c- section for 10 days. She also had progesterone. After that intervention carried to term and had a beautiful baby girl.

@Daniki thank you for replying.
Did you stay on the steroids for your whole pregnancy? Yes I think that NK cell testing will be the next step.
It's really helpful to know others have been in a similar situation then have gone on to have healthy pregnancies.

@JohnnysMama
Thank you for the positive story

@Amyb87 I was on them before I got pregnant and up until 9 weeks, got really sick and ended up having surgery(for Crohn's) I had became steroid resistant to a point. I was out on humira for the rest of my pregnancy, and I went back on the steroids for the last 3 months of pregnancy as I started to flare again x
