I suffer from anxiety and feel like TTC is flaring it up badly. Is anyone else dealing with anxiety and any techniques you use to help?

Hey i just wanted to say your not alone!! Battled with anxiety and panic attacks since around the age of 21 i am 38 now. Was put on meds to control it only came off them to have my dd 8 years ago. Now ttc #2 and everything seemed fine anxiety wise until last month when it really kicked in for me. Even tho im only on cycle 6 now and well aware it can take a long time to conceive somethin just ... broke in me where i was all consumed. I dont think mine was helped by me comin off the pill in feb and hormones are responsible plus then you have the waves of emotions of picking yourself back up and being let down. Ive no real advice im sorry, i tried accupuncture n it helped me relax a bit i also rang the dr for my meds again but havent took them just knowin they are there if i need them. I guess keeping busy or decorating has passed some of my time. But i completely understand as its the fear of this may never happen and fear of why hasnt it happened already for me fear of what am i doing wrong every month and how can i correct this. Im prob not managin very well lol ppl say relax when ttc!

Yeah I find the hormone fluctuations super hard. I've never tried acupuncture before so that's a good idea that I'll look into. All the best to you for TTC! Hope it happens quickly for us :)
