How to keep positive? (Low motility low morphology)

Been trying for 4-5 months and I'm absolutely devastated, feeling so hopeless. I realise that it's not that long in the scheme of things but also I'm wondering why it's taking so long, is it going to take years to conceive with my partner having low motility (28%) and morphology (3%), sperm count is within the norm. He takes supplements but so far still haven't conceived. I've also undergone full testing privately and everything is normal (tubes ok, ovaries ok, uterus ok, I ovulate etc)

I know it takes some people much longer but how do you keep positive? All I can see is pregnant people, all I think about is conceiving and I'm just super down about it...

I don’t have the answers but just so you know I’m feeling exactly the same. I’m on cycle #5 now and I’m finding it harder each month. The first few I was ok and it was exciting. Now I’m having breakdowns about it and it’s all I can think about!

We will likely take a bit of a break over the next few months as getting pregnant would affect plans we have for next year. We won’t prevent but I’m hoping it might ease the pressure and obsession a bit.

Put a small glass bottle or jar of water in the fridge and he can use it to cool the balls 2ce a day. Test in 3months.
