When does waking to pee at night start?

Hi ladies, I was wondering if anyone knows when waking at night to pee started for you? Is it possible that it starts before hcg is high enough for a bfp?

I'm 6/7 dpo and the last two nights I have woken to pee despite emptying my bladder right before bed (and not drinking much before bed). Getting BFNs but the only times I wake to pee are if I've either drank a lot of alcohol (which I obviously haven't) or when I was pregnant (wasn't TTC at the time so I wasn't symptom spotting).

I'm just wondering as after quite a while of TTC this is the first cycle this has happened. Could also obv be psychological 😅

My more frequent urination started at 4/5 dpo.... Got my bfp 9dpo. I know it can also be caused by progesterone BUT this didn't happen to me any other cycle so could be a good sign for you too 🤞

Thanks Kelly!! I hope so too! I saw you mention elsewhere that you got evaps from 6dpo (or something like that), were you also checking LH at the same time?

I did yeah, I've never had them on the strip tests ever before but this cycle I could see shadows from 6dpo!

I was checking LH... I had strong ones 2,3,4,5 dpo.... The darker again on 8dpo though not positive. Bfp 9dpo. But since then I tested the theory on opks and they've been completely blank for me 🤷‍♀️ x

Frequent urge to pee is a symptom of progesterone. On my last cycle, I was so sure I had all the classic symptoms of HcG, but no. My period came bang on time. Although progesterone is ramped up when HcG is present, it's safer to assume it's progesterone. I'm 9DPO today, but I've been on this rollercoaster for the last 18 months, so.... I'm quite dead to it all these days. I hope you get your BFP xx

Thanks ladies, I didn't know that frequent urination was a symptom of progesterone!! The more you know eh! It's odd that I would have it this month only... I'll keep my fingers crossed but still try not to hope too much. Starting medicated IUI next month if it doesn't happen this month so I'm really hoping it has worked 😅

I'm 7/8 dpo today, bfn this morning (I'm using internet cheapies and am well aware that I've no hope of seeing a bfp this early!)

@Kellyaust when you say you're testing the OPKs, do you mean that you're getting negative LH tests now even though you're very much pregnant? Interesting!

@mushroomushroom yes the other day at 15dpo blazing hcg and blank LH.... When I see most people getting positives coz apparently they pick up hcg but mine definitely didn't x
