Hi ladies,

after another failed cycle (2 years TTC) while trying to still remain positive and hopeful that my time will come I was wondering if there could be any supplements I’m missing or that have helped any of you ladies conceive?

I had been taking pregnacare conception but now I’m switching to taking individual vitamins I already have folic acid, vitamin d, coq10 and omega 3 in my cocktail of supplements, am I missing any vital ones or any that may have helped you? I’m willing to try anything at this point

I've also been taking vitamin B6. Good luck 🤞

I took pregnacare for the first two cycles but they started lengthening and didn’t work for me. Then took conceive plus vitamins and the conceive ovulation support vitamins. I also used CB advanced ovulation kit and conceived that month.

@KatieJ345 did you take both supplements together? I will look for these on Amazon thank you

@Gkb90 yeah I took both of them together. My partner also took the men’s fertility support version.

When I came off the cocktail of nonsense I was on and reduced it, I got my bfp. Took folic acid, probiotics and 400mg chasteberry every 2nd day. Also drank raspberry , dandeloin and lemon balm tea daily ( I do this anyway).

Hello! Fellow TTC’er here. A little bit of background - I’m female 37 my partner is male 35. 3 years TTC. Never had a positive pregnancy test. 1 previous unsuccessful IVF cycle. I don’t class it as failed as the results were to be expected (if not better) we got 6 eggs, 5 mature, 5 fertilised, 3 made it to day 5. Ended up with 1 low grade embryo good enough to transfer but unfortunately it didn’t work. Anyway… back to supplements. I read it starts with the egg (highly recommend if you haven’t read it already) I’m currently taking CoQ10 (ubiquinol form) 200mg x 2 per day so 400mg total. Omega 3 plus zinc. Naturelo pre natal (contains 800iu of natural folate as opposed to synthetic folic acid) vitamin D 2000iu per day. vitamin C 500mg per day. vitamin E 200iu per day. And I’ve recently started taking a maca supplement as I have read good things. My partner is also taking 200mg ubiquinol 2 x per day, fish oil and a men’s pre natal multi vitamin. God only knows if it’s working but it’s got to be worth a try. Interested to see what other people have/are taking and any success stories. And of course sending baby dust and positive vibes to all!

After 7 MCs I finally got my bfp. I was on Naturelo prenatals, 5000iu Vitamin D, 600mg (200mg 3 times a day) CoQ10, DHA, Tart cherry capsules and 1000mg Vitamin C every day. I was 42 when I conceived and carried to term.

I was also on 75mg Aspirin from 1 dpo, Oestrogen from 1 dpo and Progesterone from 3 dpo.

I was trying for 10 months for my lb, my cycles were a mess after being on the pill for 15 years and they were so long just randomly like 54 days 63 etc. I started taking Conceive Plus Ovulation Support supplements because I didn't have positive OPKs either so thought I needed help ovulating. The month I took those was the month I fell pregnant so now I'm TTC number 2 I will take these again for sure!
