21 Days Late 😒

I'm 21 Days late for my period, it was due on the 6th August. (My cycles are around 30 to 34 days)

After being around 9 days late I took a test to see if I was pregnant then took one the following day and both negative like clear as anything negative .

So carried on with day to day, thinking nothing of it and must just have had an off month for whatever reason as these things happen. Then around 3 days ago, I had some god awful cramps down in my groin on my right side. Yesterday I went to the toilet and in my underwear was maybe 3 spots of light red blood, so put a pad on thinking my period is just super late this month. Finished work a few hours later and got home to change my pad and there was maybe one spot of light red and a little brown discharge on my pad. Expected my period to fully show by this morning and I'm back to not needing a pad, absolutely nothing.

I'm so confused 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

It could be an irregular month for you. Have toy been unwell or under any stress that could make your period late? If the tests are still negative then it might be worth getting a check up with the gp.

I have been a little stressed lately but not massively, just been very exhausted due to work commitments, but some months are like that at work and I've never been this late before....

I haven't tested since that first week I was late so maybe if I test again this weekend just to confirm and if im still showing negative, I will try contact my GP.
