Implantation cramps

Those who have had implantation cramps, can you tell me what they feel like?

I didn't have any as far as I can remember with my daughter a couple of years ago just a bit crampy but no real pain. Then I had an ectopic 2/3 months ago which I did have really bad cramps with but that's because it implanted in my fallopian tube.
I'm now 9dpo and I've had worsening cramps since about 5dpo and for the last hour it's been quite painful, like a stabbing feeling in my uterus. I've done hpts as I was convinced I was pregnant but negative (well extremely faint lines that only I can see so probably got line eyes).
It could just be soreness from the ectopic op still and if I still test negative by Monday ill call the hospital anyway to get checked out, but I've seen people talk of cramping before a Bfp so I'm curious.

It's different for everybody. Some women get implantation cramps, some get nothing at all like that. I've only had implantation cramps in one pregnancy that ended in a chemical. To me they were very different to menstrual cramps. My menstrual cramps are deep, sometimes sharp and can either be brief or drawn out in waves or ongoing. Some of the implantation cramps I had were very sharp, as if there was a stanley knife blade in there. Although it was after a frozen embryo transfer with glue, so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it.
