I've had endometriosis years, diagnosed in 2014 I think it was, I've had 4 pregnancies since, 1 ended in MC but nothing to do with endo! And currently 4 weeks pregnant, all natural, x

Diagnosed in sept 2018 after 10 years of dreadful periods and 1 yr TTC with no luck. Fell pregnant Nov 2018 with DS1, fell pregnant again May 2022 but was a chemical pregnant, fell pregnant again Sept 2022 and had DS2 in May 2023. Was told after lap I'd not conceive naturally!

Ive had some scans and tests

Gosh I had scans for aaaaggges and they could never find anything wrong, I kept going back until they offered me a laparoscopy and thats when they finally found it x

I didn't concieve until after treatment for endo. Since then I've fallen pregnant 8 times, obviously not all viable but that's a separate issue.

Those of you that had endo - dya know if you had abnormal ca125 ?

I found out I potentially have endo from my first pregnancy, took 6 cycles to conceive but at my first scan I was told even though I was still ovulating from both sides I couldn't have conceived from my left ovary as it was covered in endometriomas (cysts). So actually I conceived quickly considering. Was a very easy pregnancy and birth.
Second pregnancy, got pregnant first time but ended up ectopic, which ruptured so I had to have an op. Endometriosis was what they thought caused it until the biopsy came back and it turned out my cysts weren't endo. I'm not riddled with it as one dr said, I actually only have a little. I think the issue with endo is it depends where it's located. It can cause the tubes to block. But, my surgeon said she had no concerns about me getting pregnant again due to endo, she was more worried about my age (which 37).

Weve tried for 3 cycles so far ish - waiting to hear if any luck on third period /'cycle '

I had a scan - pelvic scan and transvaginal
To rule out ovarian cancer etc
Due to bloating , high ca125 etc etc...

No free fluid seen - ovaries etc looked normal

Im taking vit d , zinc , b12 and folic acid

Maybe guna try myo inostol from next cycle -, has helped some with pcos concieve

Waiting to hear from gynae as a v v v long cycle last month
And short one b4 that

And they dunno why ca125 rised

Person who did transvaginal scan didnt comment on my tubes

I do have a small fibroid

Just really want a child - met my partner at 35 etc - then had to get to know them more etc

I've had endometriosis from around age 10 I think but only diagnosed at age 19 on a second opinion second laparoscopy only 6 weeks after the first Mine is splattered all over my pelvis. I've had 4 pregnancies. The first ended in mc at a few weeks and I have 3 dc. My youngest was conceived when I was 38. I had no trouble conceiving any of them.

Yeah my CA125 is raised, I can't remember the value off the top of my head from latest bloods. I have stage4 endo, my ovaries are stuck together, and it's probably on my bowels. Haven't had laparoscopy as they're recommending against given how bad my ovaries are. I have multiple cysts on ovaries too. I got pregnant once a year and a half ago, wasn't planned, but lost it anyway, have been trying for 8months now and nothing yet. Fingers crossed soon! Will be doing medicated IUI next month if it doesn't work this month. Fingers crossed for you ☺️

Folic acid prescription has possibly helped decrease ca125
Its being kept an eye on but has decreased twice

My bowel was checked few months ago - had polyps removed

Mine was found on both tubes and on my bowel, my right tube is completely blocked now with endo and fluid, my left tube is partially blocked, I was told I wouldn't conceive too.... I have done 4 times x
