Is it normal for opks to do this?

First time using opks as I had an ectopic pregnancy with tube removal in March and this is our first cycle trying so I want to give myself the best possible chance to conceive.

Is this normal for your LH to go up and then down like it has? I was hoping I was going in the right direction and my surge was coming up soon with it going up to 0.28 but then it's gone back down to 0.1 today?!

Should it not be gradually climbing up each day as I near ovulation?

Hi @CrystalQueen87 really sorry to hear about your ectopic. I think this is pretty normal to fluctuate a bit up until a few days before you ovulate but you should see it increasing when you’re getting close.

I’d recommend testing at the same time every day (apparently it’s highest in the evening and make sure you hold your urine for a few hours). As you’re getting close, try to test morning and night so you don’t miss it. Best of luck 😊

Hi there. I don't get a gradual rise in LH, very often it's extremely low and then all of a sudden BAM, it's super high. I get fluctuation as well but they don't seem to mean much. When I start getting EWCM I start testing twice a day, normally for me the evening is the strongest peak, but I've also had months where I get the big peak in the morning.

Good luck xx
